Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
